Another action packed sport that has quickly gained massive popularity is Horseboarding which makes its debut at Equifest.
The board rider is towed by holding a handle attached to a rope no longer than 10 metres length, which itself is attached to the horse’s saddle by means of a small harness, with a quick release mechanism for safety.
For those who enjoy everything to do with horses, they are sure to be kept entertained with an action packed schedule of classes for all horses and ponies.
Besides showing there will also be show jumping, driving, para dressage Olympic gold medallist Natasha Baker will be making an appearance.
Besides the fantastic competition and an array for displays and demonstrations there will be the opportunity to shop until you drop. The show hosts a huge range of trade stands with lots on offer, from leading equestrian retailers to cutting edge country fashion and bespoke designer items for both you and your horse.
